$300 deposit
We offer a 5% discount if you pay for the 6mo. or 1yr in advance!
Some utitlities included: water/sewer
The total gas and electric bills (combined) came to an average of $100/month last year. Gas is up in the winter, but super low in the summer
Unfurnished, but I do have a kitchen table that can stay with home
We WILL allow OUTDOOR pets for an additional $50 per month (but must be a well-behaved pet)
NO pets allowed indoors
There are washer/dryer hookups
NO smoking allowed on property
